Kitchen Renovation - Full Refurbishment

Complete kitchen renovation including new units, worktops, tiling, electrical work, and plumbing. Remove existing kitchen, prepare walls, install new kitchen units with soft-close doors, quartz worktops, metro tile splashback, under-cabinet lighting, and new appliances (supplied by client).

Milestone 2	First Fix & Services — New electrical sockets (6x double), under-cabinet lighting circuit, relocate water supply and waste pipes for new layout. Install backing boards for wall units.	£1,450.00
Milestone 3	Kitchen Installation — Fit all base and wall units, install quartz worktops with undermount sink, connect appliances (hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine). Includes all fixtures and fittings.	£2,200.00
Milestone 4	Tiling & Finishing — Install metro tile splashback (3m x 0.6m), grout and seal, install LED under-cabinet lights, fit handles and kickboards, final clean and handover.	£950.00

Additional Information

All materials and labor included in milestone pricing. Client to provide appliances (hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) and select tile choice from approved supplier list. Each milestone payment due upon completion of that phase. Estimated timeline: 2 weeks total. Public liability insurance and trade certifications available on request.
