Full bathroom renovation required: remove all existing fixtures, retain sink in current location, relocate bath (to be sourced by tradesperson) to back wall by window and toilet (to be sourced) to new position, remove electric shower and install new non-electric shower over bath, tile metro tiles (supplied) in brick pattern with curving metal trim around bath, window, and sink areas, grout to be selected by tradesperson, floorboards to remain exposed. Decorating to be completed separately. I have attached photos giving an example of the layout I would like.
