Cavity Tray Installation Above First-Floor Window
Not Started
- Check for existing cavity tray
- Inspect weep holes for blockage
- Assess space for new tray
- Install new tray if possible
Investigate whether there is an existing cavity tray whose weep holes are blocked above rear first-floor window. Blue squiggle on photo shows area. Access is from the roof of the lean-to extension with appropriate scaffolding to be supplied for the works.
If no tray is present, assess whether there is enough space to install a new tray. If so, install new cavity tray extending at either side beyond the window.
